Ultra High-Pressure Valves
Our ultra high-pressure valves have a rising stem design and are rated to 101,000 psi. Here are the features and benefits of these valves that make them ideal for ultra high-pressure applications:
- Corrosion Resistance: The HP160 stainless steel wetted parts with a 17-4 PH stem provides excellent corrosion resistance.
- Superior Shut-Off: The metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem and seat life and greater durability for repeated open and close cycles.
- Carbon and PTFE Packing: Includes metal back-up rings for reliable stem-to-body sealing.
- Non-Rotating Stem: This feature prevents stem-to-seat galling.
- Optimal Thread Cycle Life: The stem sleeve and packing gland materials reduce handle torque and extend thread cycle life. The rolled threads on the stem sleeve ensure smooth operation.
- Safety Weep Holes: The packing areas and pressure connections have safety weep holes.
Ultra High-Pressure Fittings
Maximator® ultra high-pressure fittings are available in the following sizes:
- Pressures up to 101,000 psi with 1/4″, 3/8″, or 9/16″ UHP connections: Maximator® ultra high-pressure fittings can be used with ultra high-pressure coned and threaded nipples and tubing and includes collars and glands. Mounting holes on all crosses, tees, and elbows are standard.
- Pressures up to 152,000 psi with a 5/16″ UHP connection: Maximator® ultra high-pressure fittings can be used with ultra high-pressure tubing. All ultra high-pressure fittings have coned and threaded connections and will include collars and glands. All crosses, tees, and elbows include mounting holes.
