Medium Pressure Equipment and Components
Based on our customers’ needs, we carry a wide range of medium-pressure equipment. This selection includes medium-pressure valves, tubing, fittings, coned and threaded nipples, and collet gland assemblies for vibration reduction. Medium Pressure Valves
Our medium-pressure valves come with the following specs:
- Connection sizes of 1/4″, 3/8″, 9/16″, 3/4″, 1″, and 1-1/2″
- Pressure ratings of up to 22,500 PSI at RT, or 15,200 PSI at RT for connection sizes of 1- 1/2″
These valves also feature:
- Rising stem design
- 316 stainless steel wetted parts with a 17-4 PH stem for superior corrosion resistance
- Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut-off, longer stem and seat life, and greater durability for repeated open and close cycles
- Carbon and PTFE packing with metal backup rings offers reliable stem-to-body sealing.
- Non-rotating stem prevents stem-to-seat galling.
- Carefully selected packing gland and stem sleeve materials
- Safety weep holes included for the packing area and pressure connections
- Six pattern options for valve bodies, with regulating or vee designs
Medium Pressure Tubing
At MAXPRO®, we offer a selection of 316SS, cold-drawn, thick wall tubing products with flow areas that complement the large orifice, medium-pressure valves and fittings. For quality assurance, our tubing adheres to the highest manufacturing standards and undergoes rigorous inspections. Additionally, they come in different dimensional tolerances to match the specifications for coned and threaded connections.
Medium Pressure Fittings
MAXIMATOR® medium-pressure fittings are designed with the large orifice to fit our 21V series of medium-pressure valves and tubing. All medium-pressure fittings have coned and threaded connections, and all standard crosses, elbows, and tees come with mounting holes and also collars and glands.
Medium Pressure Coned and Threaded Nipples
We offer coned and threaded, medium-pressure tube nipples in various standard lengths for all standard sizes of 316SS tubing.

Anti-Vibration Collet Gland Assemblies
MAXIMATOR® anti-vibration collet gland assemblies are for use in applications where there could be extreme external mechanical vibrations or shock in tubing lines. These collet gland assemblies are interchangeable with standard medium-pressure coned and threaded tube connections.
In normal coned and threaded tube connections, any external mechanical loading on the tubing lines, valves, or fittings would be concentrated on the first thread of the tube. This can cause failure of the tube at this thinner cross-section. The anti-vibration collet gland assembly grips the tubing behind the connection, supporting the tube at the full cross-section and straight area, moving the loading away from the threaded area.
